Monti's will be holding an essay contest to celebrate 55 years of business. There will be three categories in which you can choose to enter a 250 word essay about your experience at Monti's. You can summit more than one story, but only one per category. Then on February 12th, 2012 Monti's will select the three top stories as their 55th Anniversary winners and will make the announcement from 2pm to 4pm. The categories are "Most Romantic Monti's Story," "Best Family Gathering Story at Monti's," "Open Category - Best Monti's Story." The Prizes: 1st Place: 2-night stay at Grand Canyon's El Tovar Hotel, $300.00 cash for travel expenses, $400.00 in Monti's Gift Certificates, and a Restaurant Booth will be named after the winning party and their story and picture will be hung in the booth. 2nd Place: $300 in Monti's Gift Certificates and a Restaurant Booth will be named after the winning party and their story and picture will be hung in the booth. 3rd Place: $200 in Monti's Gift Certificates and a Restaurant Booth will be named after the winning party and their story and picture will be hung in the booth.
