Dan and I arrived home late yesterday and just wanted to thank you again for the superb prenuptial dinner you and your staff helped us organize, decorate for, and pull off with aplomb. The food exceeded all my expectations, and you can be sure next time we visit Tempe, Monti's will be at the top of our list of restaurants to go to "for no reason at all." You and Kim and the wait staff really went the extra mile to assist us at every turn, and I wanted to let you all know how much we appreciated it.

On Saturday, February 16 we had a party at Monti's La Casa Vieja to celebrate my parents' 50th Wedding Anniversary. There were 30 of us present for dinner in the Hacienda room. From my first contact with Erin to the moment we walked out the door (about 10:30 that night) everything was perfect! Erin and her assistant, Kim, did a wonderful job arranging things for us. Our server, Jenn, was tremendous and made sure we all had everything we wanted. The food was delicious! We have had rave reviews from everyone present. We also appreciate you stopping by to introduce yourself and again later to see if we needed anything. While Erin and Jenn had everything well under control, it meant a lot to us that you took time out to personally check in with us. This was out third big family dinner at Monti's (two at Monti's La Casa Vieja). We definitely will be back, and we will recommend Monti's to anyone who asks us where to eat in the Tempe area! Thank you very much to you and your wonderful staff!

We wanted to take a moment to thank you and your staff for the wonderful Wedding Rehearsal Dinner held at Monti's on October 26th. You and your staff were very flexible and accommodating, which was a great help. The setting was perfect and the service was excellent .... not to mention the dinner itself which was superb. It was an evening that could have proved difficult ... many family members from each side of our family were meeting each other for the first time. We feel very fortunate that the evening went perfectly and we owe you a debt of gratitude. Dear Mr. Goitia, On Wednesday, December 3, 2008, our Board of Directors had their annual holiday party at Monti's. I wanted to let you know that I very much appreciate the treatment and service they received. I worked with Erin Scheidt to coordinate the dinner and must let you know that she had great follow up and it was a pleasure working with her. This was definitely one of the easiest, smoothest events I've had to plan. the morning after their dinner I heard from one of our VPs that the service was great, the food was excellent and they had a great time. Had this not been the case, I definitely would have heard about it, so I appreciate you and your staff for making me look good! Dear Erin, Thank you for sending us Shannon and Daniel to cater our once a year event. Our office Christmas party has never been so elegant and inviting. Shannon and Daniel performed their tasks as if effortless to pull together banquet tables, chafing dishes, linens, cutlery, decorations, set up, serving and clean up- you get the point. They were fantastic! Not only did they represent Monti's as 100% professional but they made our business look good too. I felt they put their own personal touch and care into the event and made me feel so relaxed and confident, I was able to enjoy the party myself, which is quite an accomplishment when hosting a party. Please pass on this congratulations and thanks to both Shannon and Daniel. It was a pleasure, and I hope that their efforts will be recognized. Hello Erin, I selected Monti's as the site for a group dinner for the New Pino card league on Saturday, 23 January. We met in the Hayden room at 7 pm. Daniel was our waiter and I was told that Ricardo was our chef for that evening. There was absolutely NOTHING that I would have changed for our evening. From the moment we arrived we were treated as treasured guests. The women at the entrance who greeted us were professional, prepared for our arrival and most pleasant. They escorted us to The Hayden room which had been reserved for our use. The room was just as I had asked requested. Up to this point, everything was exactly as planned. As the organizer of the group, I was quite pleased. I am not sure one can go beyond perfection but that is exactly what happened that evening. We were fortunate to have Daniel as the waiter for the room. Monti's is lucky to have this gentleman as an employee. My observations while that of patron are also as someone who spent many career years in quality improvement and customer satisfaction. I know expertise when I see it and I did that evening. Daniel made our evening fun. He too was professional and exacting in his performance. I saw not one error or delay. We ate at a different facility last year and while most enjoyed it, there were several complaints. That was not the case from our dinner at Monti's. I heard absolutely not even one negative comment. The meals were cooked to perfection. The drink orders were correct. NOTHING needed improvement or change. Kindly forward my comments to Daniel, Ricardo and the staff on duty that evening. They are a credit to Monti's. We are planning a repeat pinochle tournament next year and I surely will be contacting Mont's for our group dinner. Thank you for a wonderful evening, Carolyn Zelek

Dear Erin, Montis was Great! We all enjoyed the dinner and Sara our server last night was an excellent hostess/server. I knew my expectations of your staff and services would not let me down. The Senator's Room was very nice and topic of our dinner conversation a few times. We had visited during the last Ghost Hunters visit last year and we had enjoyed the tour of Monti's then and I was positive that it would make a perfect spot to celebrate my Father's 65th Birthday. Erin/Scott, It was a pleasure dining at Monti's after celebrating my Son's graduation ceremony at ASU. The room was exquisite with the decorations of the ASU colors. The food was just delicious and we had a variety to choose from. Our waiter was just exceptional and made suggestion on food choices that was just perfect. He had the best personality. Hi Erin -- Last night's event was absolutely perfect!! The room/table looked terrific. I'm so glad we switched to the larger room. It would have been a bit "crowded" in the smaller room. There was not a time that our glasses were empty and our compliments to the cooks; there was not one mistake in the orders. We have been going to Monti's for at least fifteen years and we never leave disappointed. Erin, I wanted to send you our groups greatest thanks to your team's OUTSTANDING Service and professionalism. I can't say enough for how well the evening went and how delicious the food was. The service excellence was the crowning cherry on a fantastic evening. I want to also thank your server personally (Judy), but she was trully the last person in your establishment and she did not care that we were keeping her. One of our Fraternity Brothers had to go to the restroom and when he came back he looked a little freaked out and he said "I think we are the only ones left"... so we decided that we could take our story telling which went on till well into the early AM ~ 0200 back to the hotel. I want to thank you for providing and outstanding venue for us to culminate our weekend's events. Some of us had not seen each other since 1991 and it was a great evening of fun, stories, good food and fellowship. Lastly I wanted to say that the serving staff and kitchen perfectly matched our event to our planned activities and everything flowed very smoothly. This is our second outing and our second visit to Monti's and if we are back in PHX, we would love to be back. Thanks again for our experience and I look forward to seeing you again in the future. Hi Erin, Bravo, kudos, applause and thank you to you and your staff at Monti�s for the wonderful job you did in arranging our PEO luncheon last Thursday. The food was outstanding, the servers, Judy and Daniel ( hope I�m remembering their names correctly) so gracious, and the room was lovely and set up perfectly to accommodate guests and our speaker. Everything was excellent! I had nothing but positive raves from ladies that day and have since received numerous e-mails, texts, and phone calls saying how much they enjoyed Monti�s, the food and hearing both speakers, Michael and Dr. Melanie Sturgeon. Please thank Scott for his assistance and also Michael for sharing the history of the restaurant. Tell Michael he picked up a new following as several of the women remarked to me how �darling� they thought he was. Some of them older like me, but at least three were in their twenties!! Melanie, the woman that presented the program about women in AZ history, told me that it was the best luncheon she had attended in a long time. She thought the salmon was delicious and the room just the right ambience for her presentation. Wish you could have met her, she has nine kids and a Ph.D! I hope you can let the people who assisted you, chefs, servers, etc. know that we thank them for doing such a great job. Most of all, Erin, thank you for directing and over-seeing everything to completion. You were delightful to work with and I look forward to scheduling another event with you in the future. Hello, Erin � I want to express my sincere thanks and gratitude for the most incredible retirement party for Denis Hunemuller on May 4th,2013.
